Design/Product Design/Visual Communication Design)Study Program" and signed
by parents . |

Admission Test Card will be used as temporary Student ID card once a student is officially admitted to Universitas Pelita Harapan or Pelita Harapan School of Hospitality & Tourism.

If a prospective student is caught giving untrue / misleading information in completing the registration form, s/he will be penalized by being EXPELLED despite having been accepted as a student of Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) or Pelita Harapan School of Hospitality & Tourism (STPPH). |
