Before you begin to register, please read the following instructions.
 
How to register online:
1. You must provide an email address, which will be used to confirm your registration
2. Select admission test date, academic year and semester of preference
3. Select one of the following campus locations: UPH Jakarta or UPH Surabaya
4. Select a preferred major
5. Complete the application form
6. Confirm all information that has been filled in and submit the form
7. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation along with registration number, registration information, admission checklist to be completed, payment schedule and validation. Validation can be done at UPH admission office. Please save/print this email as your receipt!
8. Once you have received validation, you will then receive Admission Test Card at admission office. Please print this email and exchange with Admission Test Card!
General information for prospective students:
- Please make sure that all procedures are met accordingly.
- Registration must be done by prospective student and cannot be done by proxy.
- All admission process is computerized.
- (Only for applicants majors Design, Architecture and Music), a portfolio with the following details :
1 . Design and Architecture : Theree A4-sized hand drawings signed by the art teacher at school and validated by the principal and an essay in Indonesia or English, typed in A4-sized paper with the title "Why I choose X (Architecture/Interior Design/Product Design/Visual Communication Design)Study Program" and signed by parents .
2 . Civil Engineering : An essay in Indonesian or English typed in A4-sized paper with the title "Why I choose Civil Engineering Study Program" and signed by parents .
3 . Music : One VCD or DVD recording and a completed questionnaire available on the Music Department website (www.uph.edu).
- Please complete the Receipt of Registration Form, Receipt of Admission Test Card and Admission Statement (available at admission office).
- The content of the registration form cannot be altered in any way after it is submitted and after the prospective student receive the Admission Test Card.
- Admission Test Card can only be used by the prospective student whose name and photograph are shown on the card. The card should be used and shown at:
1 . Admission Test (Only for application who do not meet the Direct Admission requirements).
2 . Re-registration as a new student
- Lost Admission Test Card WILL NOT BE REPLACED
- Admission Test Card will be used as temporary Student ID card once a student is officially admitted to Universitas Pelita Harapan or Pelita Harapan School of Hospitality & Tourism.
- If a prospective student is caught giving untrue / misleading information in completing the registration form, s/he will be penalized by being EXPELLED despite having been accepted as a student of Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) or Pelita Harapan School of Hospitality & Tourism (STPPH).
 
Attention!!! Your registration will be rejected if your information is invalid.
